OUR BOARD
Christian Decker is the Designated Broker and Principal of Kamalor Commercial Real Estate, specializing helping owners with acquisitions, leasing and sales of commercial properties. As a Pacific Northwest native, Christian has a passion for helping other achieve their goals through strategy and relationships. He is a husband, father, and active community member, guided by his faith in both his personal and professional life. When not working you can find Christian rock climbing, golfing, hunting and/or with family.

Toms Lee was born in South Korea and moved to the United States when he was in the fourth grade. He attended Seattle Pacific University with a degree in International Business and Finance and was the first person in his family to graduate from an American university. Toms’ life was greatly impacted at Washington State Leadership, a Centered forum. The friendships he formed there changed the trajectory of his life. He worked as Head of Pro Acquisition at Porch and is a marketplace minister. He readily shares, "Jesus is the greatest gift I have ever received."

Justin Kawabori is a builder of strategic relationships and a catalyst for creating community. The fruit of his work is philanthropic investment in those who positively impact society. As Executive Director of the Northwest University Foundation and its Development Department, Justin co-leads and directs its Board of Trustees. Successful fundraising is the byproduct of everything he does; community impact is the why behind it. Justin’s focus is on board development, leadership and building community. Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from Occidental College (Program in Public Policy), and his master’s degree from Northwest University (Leadership Studies). He is married to Reini, and they have two children, Felicity and Lucas. His life verse is Micah 6:8 – “And what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?
